Arch Linux ansible-test image: remove temporary fix for systemd 253

Removes the fix from #46. Fixes #42.

Needs systemd to be updated in Arch Linux (i.e. https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/77613 fixed).

https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/77613 has been resolved with the release of systemd 253.1, that is since today packaged in Arch. Assuming this PR verifies that (i.e. the tests pass), I'll merge to remove the workaround.

Looks like the package mirror used by the Docker image, https://geo.mirror.pkgbuild.com/core/os/x86_64/, doesn't have systemd 253.1-1 yet.
