Adding the automated release process via Github action.

urls shouldn't ever be [here] or [this], etc. Always best to use descriptive text. See https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/links-crawlable#write-good-anchor-text if you want to understand why.

Thank you for pointing it out, I will follow it for the future while documenting something, edited both the non descriptive texts to descriptive text for urls.

Hey @anweshadas - I forced in a couple of commits to:

remove some extra tabs so the bullet lists look good in github view of the file
converted some bullet lists to numbered steps. It's easier to follow a procedure as a set of numbered steps.

I figured it would be easier to see what I'm talking about if I just did the commits vs trying to explain it all to you.

Thanks everyone! Merged as i think it's basically there. We can open PRs as needed to update from here.
