support cinc-auditor v4.x (OSS build of Chef inspec) #21

Hi, as far as I understand this project defaults to use inspec v3.9.3 version which doesn't have this "Chef(c) license lock". In order to move forward I propose to integrate cinc-auditor as a verifier executable.

This was the intention behind the CINC project
