Publish documentation #20

The built Sphinx documentation for the Docker driver is no longer being built and published anywhere.

Once this is fixed, it would also be great to point from https://molecule.readthedocs.io/en/latest/configuration.html#driver back to this project, to increase discoverability.

Yes please, it's kinda hard to use molecule right now, the documentation is basically all gone.

As a newcomer to molecule, I've been a bit bedraggled to find the Docker driver documentation. Forgive me if this is evident to everyone else, but the only docs I've found are in the source itself.

For instance, here's the most comprehensive Docker driver docs I've found to date:

i just went through the process of getting the EC2 Driver to work. I would be happy to write the documentation on that. as I have had to do some internal doco here which I can use as the base for the ec2 guide. If you want help with this let me know.
