libvirt provider requires vagrant-libvirt plugin #211

Hello,

the documentation for the vagrant/libvirt provider does not state anywhere that the vagrant-libvirt plugin must be installed on a global level for it to work. If the plugin is not installed, vagrant will always fall back to virtualbox no matter the config in molecule.yml.

Please add this information to the README.
