Basic stats - overall totals #3

There are many tools which can index a single GH repo, but we want to get an overview for all collections. We should show some basic stats across all the indexed repos:

Unique contributors
PRs opened/merged (and time to merge)
Issues opened/closed (and time-to-close)
Commits?
Releases?
What else?

The main stats-crawler repo is now available for adding new types of job as we require them.
