As authconfig is not used anymore, the variable related to its installation should be removed!
Expected Behavior
There should be no variable named amzn2023cis_use_authconfig that conditions the installation of authconfig as the PRELIM task responsible for installing it, was removed in this PR.
Actual Behavior
The variable is still present.
