Why was the rule 1.2.5 removed? #313

We saw this rule was removed in this commit 4239f092 along with 1.2.4, and are wondering why it is no longer needed. Any specific reasons?

Hi @xiranlyu

Looking through CIS release neither of those controls exist in the latest release 3.1.1. So they would be removed inline with the benchmark settings.

I hope that makes sense.
