Fixes tasks for RHEL-07-010491 (grub2 user.cfg on UEFI) and RHEL-07-020230 (ctrl-alt-del)

Resolves #371

@danbarr These changes were brought in manually with the updates we were doing for benchmark, tags, and some other issue fixes. Thanks again for submitting this PR they do help and are greatly appreciated even if it isn't directly merged in.
