Define the right folders for ZK logs and BK data #30

This PR is a proposal to fix the issue #29, including the right properties, values, and tasks.

That values are described following the official documentation of ZK and BK.

@rpelisse What do you think? This is a short improvement to set up successfuly the different main folders of ZK and BK.

Maybe you can check and verify that the Roles are following the best practices.
