We'll soon integrate this tool with IBM code and reports will be generated automatically without running report.py separately. This PR is for saving the sample report file, which I (Tami) sent to UX team (Anastasia) on 2023-08-15 (Tue), and the code I used for generating the file. We will re-evaluate the final format of the report later phase of development before the October release.
