[PR #1653/d4c6186c backport][stable-2.16] Remove references to archived ansible/ansible-examples repository #1655

This is a backport of PR #1653 as merged into devel (d4c6186c2957ec4c061470177346debf7ced0403).

The Ansible playbooks examples repository has been publicly archived, therefore references to it on documentation are removed.

Also, there's a mention of ansible-examples in examples/play.yml, although it refers to an unrelated repository, hence ignored.

Fix #1640.
