Release 0.9.1 (or 0.10.0) on pypi?

A number of PRs have been merged that would help problems seen with the most recent PyPI version (0.9.0).

Describe the solution you'd like

• A new version published on PyPI with the most recent changes

Describe alternatives you've considered

• A tags on this repo to help in figuring out what has changed between versions

Additional context

On conda-forge we're having issues re-building the old version due to various upstream drift. We might be able to get it building with very old versions, but as the fixes are in place, it would be lovely to just package a new version that works with up-to-date (and patched) dependencies.

Here it reads https://pypi.org/project/ansible-kernel/#history 1.0.0 from only four days after your post:

There's only one more commit on the main tree, which incidentally updates PyPI metadata that is to be shown with the next release.
