testing with awx devel using personal build of the image with make docker-compose development environment

demo project sync with new ee successful
demo job run with new ee successful
validated that project update container in deed get spawn within the awx_1 container and is using the modified ee image

demo job run with new ee successful
unable to validate whether project sync runs within receptor or in a container either way this PR doesn't hurt the functionality
