Update job role to look for new connection_secret #142

Hi @jmhbnz , Thanks for the contribution! We should keep this backwards compatible with the old tower_auth_secret param for a time, since it is only marked as deprecated for now.

I put up a PR here that will fix this is all places and is backwards compatible:
