COMPONENT NAME

SUMMARY

Custom message banner to notify Users about upgrade, changes and downtime information other than login prompt. This custom message should appear on all pages, not just the login screen.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Users can be notified about important updates other than login prompt.

Really need this feature to exist. We use these in Government and Military installations to display system classification banners. The four key features we need it to support are:

appear across the top of all pages
be able to set the background color
be able to set the text color
be able to set the text to be displayed centered on the banner
