AAP-22747 Add SW entitlement create call at end #119

Description

This PR adds a SW entitlement create API call a the end of a successful run. Nothing other than logging should be done with the response.

Pull down the PR
Deploy and check the container log to see what happened
...

Expected result

With the changes in this PR you will see the customer account with a nice juicy AAP subscription after they successfully deploy.
