Regenerate ics file for d&i meeting, and add README about ics files #609
I didn't know about yaml2ics - I hand wrote both the yaml and ics files when I first created the meeting and got the even/odd week wrong. The community calendar has shown the meeting off a week because of this. TIL about yaml2ics, so I fixed the files and added a readme bit about using that. Imports as expected on a personal calendar.
