Add Matrix links to community meetings #632

yaml2ical requires the irc key, which fills in the location field on the ics file. This will probably need changes to yaml2ical to get proper matrix links.

Alternately, we can abandon the location field to IRC and put the link to matrix in the description

Locations should probably be an or, and not only indicating matrix.

@Qalthos - DaWGs will be changing our meeting time starting next week. Do you anticipate merging this PR before then (and I can suggest edits on this PR for the new time) or should I open a separate PR and you can rebase after that's merged?
