Gather list of other opensource project diversity resources #641

As we try to figure out our own next steps, let's gather links here of other D&I orgs we know of that we may want to learn from/steal ideas etc.

I'll start withOpenDev.org diversity WG(where we can troll through their past meeting minutes for some ideas)
