D&I going on hiatus #647

Diversity and Inclusion Working Group removing meetings for now as we go more asynchronous in our communications. We remain on matrix as diversity and on IRC as #ansible-diversity

Just as a reminder, even though the meeting is on hold, you can still see what's in progress via the GitHub Project Board.
