Update docs for aws

We are going to be archiving this ansible/community repo so going to close this PR as we won't accept future changes here. See https://forum.ansible.com/t/moving-ansible-community-content-to-ansible-community/1928/7 for details on the move plans.

@alinabuzachis @jillr - I would like to understand what these files are used for by the AWS WG so we can determine a better home for them. In general, we're trying to move working groups over to the Forum.
