Create a way to toggle between old and new docsite #146

When we replace existing docs.ansible.com with https://github.com/ansible/jinja-docsite/ and gather feedback on our user journey-based docsite pages, we need a way for users to toggle to these older pages for a time while we get that feedback. Possibly publish these existing pages to docs.ansible.com/old?
