new docsite - missing quick link to Ansible package docs #154

This could just be me, but I find that I'm missing a quick link to docs.ansible.com/ansible

I know I can click any of the user/developer links on the main docs.ansible.com page, but I wonder what someone unfamilar would do who just wanted to see the full set of docs?

We'll fix this with https://github.com/ansible/docsite/issues/162 and add a quick link directly from the index page to the package docs.
