Collection version dropdown list in wrong order #2413

https://galaxy.ansible.com/cisco/nxos shows 0.0.3-dev99 (released a month ago) is tagged latest version when 0.0.3-dev145 (released 13 hours ago) should be tagged latest.

The API call https://galaxy.ansible.com/api/internal/ui/repo-or-collection-detail/?namespace=cisco&name=nxos returns the wrong thing for latest_version in the response object.
