APBs list page #300

Present an index of all APBS at galaxy.ansible.com/ansible_playbook_bundles

[x] Patternfly list view layout
[x] Provide filter and sort capabilities
[ ] Must be accessible to search engines
[x] For each APB, provide a link to the item's detail page, a link to the Galaxy repository page, and a link to the author's page

Moving to 3.6. It's import, and we're going to do it, but it's not on the most critical list of UI tasks.

This is resolved by the implementation of the Search page. We don't have a specific URL for each content type, so don't think we'll implement one specifically for APBs. However, on the search page, it is possible to search by content type, including APB.
