Running through the ServiceNow integration demo with a customer, the "Change Requests" tab in ServiceNOW showed ~20+ change requests, not just the one from this demo. This was logged in as the "Hichem Demo" user. Re-running the lab and logging in as "Sean demo" did not show the same back log. Potentially from people starting but not finishing the lab fully or skipping the clean up step?
