ansible-lint error on vscode Identation on some playbooks AD authentication issue

AD issue cannot be replicated - Instructions state to reset the local Admin account first - i suspect this step is being missed.

Fixed linting, and indentation - Removed the Active Directory tasks and moved that to the new AD lab - Replaced with local account and group creation task. added winrm transport config.
