AWS provisioner documentation improvements #304

The provisioner readme is hard to read for people who have limited AWS experience. Also, the link to details about "Access Key ID and Secret Access Key" is outdated and points to the wrong page.

Details added where the necessary buttons and links in creating SSH keys and VPCs are.
Detailed guide how to create "Access Key ID and Secret Access Key" added. Thanks to network-automation/linklight for this guide.
Remove redundant heading

@liquidat: Looks good to me once you can clean up the markdown formatting issues that caused Travis to fail.
