Resort engine and tower workshops #319

Move the workshops for engine and tower into their own, dedicated sub-directories. This reflects the directory structure already present with guides. Also, this change makes it much easier to link to either the one or the other workshop from the upcoming github pages.

Also, all workshop exercises now link back to their main readme, enabling readers to jump forth and back between the various exercises.
