There is no inventory file named inventory.ini so it should be removed from ansible-playbook cmdline

There is supposed to be an inventory.ini, but it hasn't made it there. Gotten some offline feedback about moving to YAML based inventory also. That's not here so I will merge this now and we can visit that later.
