[WIP] Deck: Contributing to Ansible #362

I've noticed there are no hyperlinks (a href) in existing decks and in this PR. Is it intentional? <a href="https://ansible.com/community">ansible.com/community</a> instead ofhttp://ansible.com/community` would be more user-friendly to be able just to click a link and still useful for presentations (if decks are intended for presentations, too). I'm willing to make a PR with that change (and check for dead/moved links, replace http by https, and other cosmetic and factual updates).

@sm4rk0 Good point about hyperlinks. I'll update them in his presentation.

If their are any existing presentation in the https://github.com/ansible/lightbulb/tree/master/decks that need updating a PR to update those would be very welcome.
