SUMMARY

Add a subcommand 'migrate_role' for migrating a traditional style ansible role into a 'collection'

Sample invocation:

mazer migrate_role --role tests/data/roles/middle_school_role/ --output-dir /tmp/migrated_old_school --namespace some_ns --version 2.3.0
