Bug Report

The help and usage blurbs for mazer install are no longer accurate.

mazer install [options] [-r FILE | repo_name(s)[,version] | scm+repo_url[,version] | tar_file(s)]

[x] -r FILE is no longer a thing and should be removed
[x] repo_name should be collection_name
[x] scm+repo_url should be removed for now
[x] tar_file(s)
