[x] disable commands not in: install, remove, list, init, version
[x] verify ansible-galaxy-cli --help does not include commands outside of the above list
[x] verify that when given a command not in the above list, the CLI fails gracefully

To be removed commands:

[x] import
[x] login
[x] delete
[x] search
[x] setup
[x] content-install (exists as alias only in dev version)

I think the 'import' and 'search' subcommands (before removing) should be close to working, At least on 'roles'.

'search' is real slow against the qa instance though and usually time's out (20s timeout). I don't if that is something that could easily addressed however.

I think 'import' and 'login' were minimally working. I haven't tested 'setup' or 'delete'.
