Windows Demos - Configuring Password Requirements

Currently, this JT fails due to an open issue with win_psmodule in powershell_dsc.yml. I've tested the workaround and we should add this to the play as a pre-task

@termlen0 I think this is fixed here https://github.com/ansible/product-demos/pull/103/files. Can you confirm that matches the work around you tried?
