Playbook Generation syntax highlighting and editable ordered list #1339

This PR addresses two usability issues:

Editing outline as a numbered list on Page 2, and
Syntax highlighting on the generated playbook on Page 3.

Two demo videos (w/ dark theme and w/ light theme) are attached:
