Fix storage deployment #49

Remove some unneeded parameters from the gluster plan. Once PR https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt-ansible/pull/190 is merged, the default values will work for a typical OCP deployment.

@aglitke How are they going to be configured if the openshift installation isn't "default"? People frequently change the name and namespace of the deployment, for example.

We are removing the storage roles from this apb.
