GPL license header missing in some source files #2

Missing in FCGraphPullMenu.h/.m, FCAppCustomViewController.h/.m and FCAppLogDateSelectorViewController.h/.m.

May be missing in more places.

Added the license header to these files and also to FCGraphHandleView.h/.m.
