Add Google Storage bucket method to ansistrano #294

Hi,

we've created a deployment strategy for Google cloud storage using adopted S3 method. Happy to share the result.

Test seem to be broken in docker but nothing related to your contribution, let's see if I can fix this... not the first time they break to be honest :(

Excellent, happy to contribute! We are using it on daily basis and I will switch to using ansistrano repo again. If I find any bugs, I'll submit a PR.
