Give the ability to disable the shred command when we use the Git method and if we encounter the issue 357 (https://github.com/ansistrano/deploy/issues/357).

A variable is added in the "defaults/main.yml" file and is set to true by default so it won't change the default behavior.
The condition of the shred task in the "tasks/update-code/git.yml" file has been updated.
The "README.md" file has been updated.
