Fix for long UBL extensions #57

Changed detection implementation to use streams to be able to detect UBL documents with long UBL extensions.
Added test case using document with long UBL extension to verify that it works.

@klakegg Have you had the time to review any of the suggested changes? Do you think it's a "good path" to go along with or do you have any other suggestions?
