Post and PUT error with http:localhost:5000

Hai sir i have checked chat.js file in server folder and i also used postman to test apis

When I am making an post and put request to http:localhost:5000/api/chat it is Showing me error of user logged out as "Not Logged"

Then what could be the problem now

for first you should login using api (back end) when your using postman

Sir i am unse to get the issues please if possible tell me the procedures step by step that is should follow to clear issues.....
