Aqua Resizer #14

Aqua Resizer file is missing from the repo, it generates error when activating the plugin or using it. We should either add the missign file, or remove references to it if not being used.

The following is the common warning/error appearing in all pages:- include_once(C:\wamp\apps\wordpress\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\postworld/submodules/Aqua-Resizer/aq_resizer.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory on line 6 in file C:\wamp\apps\wordpress\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\postworld\php\postworld_images.php Warning include_once(): Failed opening 'C:\wamp\apps\wordpress\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\postworld/submodules/Aqua-Resizer/aq_resizer.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:/wamp/php/PEAR') on line 6 in file C:\wamp\apps\wordpress\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\postworld\php\postworld_images.php

Currently it's added as a GIT 'submodule' for the Postworld Plugin - the file is actually in there, although perhaps it's not being propagated by GIT on Clone, and it may have to be cloned manually. I'll look into this.
