Implement a new Sign-Up page in Next.js as per the provided mockup. This page should align with the design provided and use existing components where possible to maintain consistency across the app. The layout should be built using the shadcn library and styled with Tailwind CSS.

Key Requirements:

1. Refer to Sign-Up Page Mockup:

   • Design the Sign-Up page based on the provided mockup (attach or link to the mockup here).
   • Follow the specified layout, styles, and UI elements as closely as possible.

2. Use Existing Components:

   • Leverage existing components from the codebase for form fields, buttons, and input validation.
   • Create any new components only if the existing ones do not meet the requirements.

3. Integrate shadcn Library:

   • Use the shadcn library for UI components and elements, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
   • Follow best practices for integrating shadcn components into the Next.js page.

4. Style with Tailwind CSS:

   • Utilize Tailwind CSS for styling the page, maintaining responsiveness and a clean design.
   • Follow the existing theme and style guide to ensure consistency with the rest of the application.
