STORY As a student I want to pick and start my quiz So that I can begin to find out how much I've learned about a subject

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

We should show a page with a list of quizzes
We should show a name and a short description, e.g. "Javascript Quiz - Test your knowledge of the Javascript programming language now!"
A user should be able to click 'Start' on any of the quizzes
Upon clicking start, they should be redirected to a Quiz page for that specific quiz

@Nikolov87 is going to work on the front end page using the Figma designs from Rob. @Sharifa1 is going to look at the server side of this task.
