I don't even see a Cargo.toml in the project yet. Without a Cargo.toml I wouldn't consider it a real Rust project.

There's now a Cargo.toml and the stats are now like this: image

They haven't finished the transition yet, but I believe that this ticket can be closed, as the authors of the project are actively switching to Rust by themselves.
