Add possibility to apply/update templates on repositories

📝 Description of the feature

It would be convenient to have means to update a repository with the latest settings from the template it was generated with.

💡 Steps for implementing the feature

Option 1: a command?

A command such as ansys-templates update <template name> <path to cloned repository> that would update <path to cloned repository> to get the latest settings from <template name>.

Option 2: template repositories with actions-template-sync?

• Create template repository per ansys-template
• Use actions-template-sync as suggested in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/56577184/github-pull-changes-from-a-template-repository
