fix: remove unused submodules #264

This pull-request removes two unused submodules. These are pointing to this repository itself and were never tracked by a .gitmodules file.

They are causing issues when cloning this repository in the CI/CD, see https://github.com/ansys/pyworkbench-examples/actions/runs/9265399755/job/25487350856?pr=18#step:3:41
