refactor: Clean up unit config files #236

  1. Removed some units.
  2. Renamed some unit names.
  3. Corrected some units
  4. Added missing units in cgs table
  5. The SI conversion factor of some units is added in conversion table e.g Maxwell (Mx) and gauss etc.
  6. Some of the cgs unit seems to be incorrect, we will visit to this part later.
